11/8/10

• On 11/08/2010, as part of a separate investigation the department responded to an address off of N. Old Stage Rd.  A 15-year-old male was contacted and found to be in possession of marijuana.  He was cited and released to his parents.

11/11/10

• On 11/111/2010, MSPD responded to the Gold Room for a patron who needed to be escorted out. The patron, Steven Holm, 53 of Santa Cruz, had already left. Holm was located staggering down the road. Holm was arrested for public intoxication and violation of probation.

11/13/10

• On 11-13-2010 MSPD contacted Robert Bowles of Mt Shasta.  Bowles was parked in the roadway on Kenneth Way.  It was determined that Bowles was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.  Bowles was transported to Siskiyou County Jail to be booked.

11/14/10

• On 11-14-10 the Mt. Shasta Police Department took a report of a theft from a vehicle. Several items were taken from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 100 block of Margie Ct. Taken was a Garmin GPS unit, a radar detector, and a power inverter. The case is currently under investigation and anyone with information is urged to contact the Mt. Shasta Police Department.
