- On 04/05/2011, the department responded to the Spirit station to a report of an intoxicated male harassing the Budweiser delivery driver and refusing to leave the property. 41-year-old Michael Maxwell, of Mt. Shasta, was contacted by police and, after a short investigation, was arrested for public intoxication and booked into the county jail.
