3/7/11

On 3/7/2011, MSPD was dispatched to Sports and Spirits, regarding a man that may be buying alcohol for minors. MSPD contacted three subjects behind the Mt. Shasta Elementary School. Two of the subjects took off running on foot. After a short foot pursuit, MSPD contacted Daniel Henson, age 19, of Mt. Shasta. It was determined that Daniel was under the influence of alcohol. Daniel was arrested for Drunk in public. Daniel was transported to Siskiyou County Jail to be booked. Later that night, MSPD contacted Jason Crabtree, age 21, of Mt. Shasta. It was determined that Jason was under the influence of alcohol. Jason was arrested for Drunk in public and resisting/delaying an officer. Jason was transported to Siskiyou County Jail to be booked.

3/8/11

On 3/8/2011, MSPD contacted Troy Donahue, age 55, sleeping behind a building in the Rays Shopping Center. Troy was arrested for Trespassing. Troy was cited and released with a later court date.

3/9/11

On 3/9/11 MSPD responded to a traffic accident on McCloud and Washington. Minor injuries were reported.

On 03/09/2011, Patsy Laam, of Redding, reported that her husbands wedding ring and a prescription bottle were missing from property that was accidentally left at the Woodsman Hotel. A report was taken for theft.

On 03/09/2011, the department responded to 205 Old McCloud Ave. for a report of a subject refusing to leave the home. 27-year-old Cristina Herbert and 33-year-old Kelly Rafuse, both of Mt. Shasta, were contacted. After a short investigation, parties were separated and a report was taken.

3/11/11

On 3-11-11 the Mt. Shasta Police Department arrested Corey August Petruck, age 32, of Mt. Shasta for trespassing at Spirit Station in Mt. Shasta. Petruck was cited and released.

On Sunday, 02/27/2011, Kyle Curtis of Euerka, CA, called MSPD to report that his grey wool jacket and Verizon Droid 2 cell phone were stolen while he was at the Vet's Club on Sunday, 02/27/2011, sometime between 12:30 am and 1:00 am. A theft report was filed.

3/1/11

On Tuesday, 03/01/2011, MSPD arrested 25 year old Anthony Ianetta of Snohomish, Washington for driving under the influence of drugs. Ianetta was booked into Siskiyou County jail.

3/2/11

On Wednesday, 3/2/11, MSPD responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Sheldon Ave. The investigating officer contacted 29 year old John Watson Schofield, of Idaho Falls, ID. A warrant check confirmed Schofield had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant from Los Angeles. Schofield was cited and released.

On 02/23/2010, the department took a report of vehicle license plates being switched on a 2004 Ford Explorer belonging to Robert Lloyd Davis of Weed. The plates that were on Mr. Davis’ vehicle were off of a 2002 Ford F150 that was stolen out of Rio Linda, Ca.

MSPD arrested Travis Peck, 40 years of age out of Mt Shasta on a Siskiyou County warrant for failure to appear. Peck was transported to Siskiyou County Jail.
